PERFECTED SLAVERY AND REACTION TO RISE OF ANTI-INTELLECTUALISM AND GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Much of this research I do may be uncomfortable I suspect to a person who, e.g., thinks Trump, Miller and Vance are all great guys I suppose, and are trying to dodge anything that puts their political preferences or that crowd into question. They don’t represent the richness and strength of the heritage and lineage of thinkers I focus on here. They are pretenders to me, and White supremacists who use people of color to legitimize their system and do their bidding. They are both evil and stupid. I want my readers to not only begin to think, but breathe and create for the post-Trump world, or reality might really become Blade Runner very quickly.
The agenda is to get people to focus on the things that will open our creativity up for the future in a world that is increasingly only focused on what machines can do, with the human brain subordinate and reliant. There are too many anti-intellectuals and pretenders, and I simply think, we can do better. So, I am laying out everything I think that is better. I am building an indestructible foundation of truths and supporting evidence for all those people who have gaslighted me on this history to make me seem I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Their time is running out, and it is my generation and younger who need to move into positions of power; and then there are older people who believe, that they do not want to regress or stagnate in knowledge. I am not afraid to say, that part of my reason for writing is based on both fear and my personality. I hate quitting, and I do not like losing. I love “acquiring knowledge” like a computer and reflecting on that knowledge — often acquiring and discarding or updating. I don’t like regression, and I fear mental regression and stagnation; because I see what it does to people as they get older. I won’t be becoming a Fox News watcher on a couch downing beer, paranoid of crime everywhere I step, thinking gay and trans people are everywhere, or that Democrats are demonic and “libtards.”
This reality we live in in this country is absolutely degenerate, immoral and soul sucking. I’m tired of the stereotype of “The American” as stupid, fat and ignorant about the world. I believe in my duty to society and civilization, not merely to myself; and yes, I do not want the world of Cyberpunk and Blade Runner to become a reality. What can I do, even if the task seems unrealistic?
Well then, “Must we do nothing?” as the theologian Reinhold Niebuhr once asked in objection to the idea that we ought to do nothing, in acceptance of the belief that God’s grace will comb things out.
To do nothing is not theosophy. We are participants in the movement of history. There will be reactions, differing movements, differing philosophies, differing approaches. The march of history must go on, and we must refuse to become automatons in the worlds of our new future techno-feudal lords. This is the realities of the perfection of slavery we must fight against.
